WHAT IS BOGART?
Bogart works with professionally licensed and insured independent drivers and large fleet owners in the Taxi and Livery industry. We allow consumers to request a ride, track their driver and pay directly through the Bogart Ride App. Bogart transportation professionals have all conducted a criminal background check in their respective states and all are properly permitted and insured to operate their vehicles in accordance with local, state and federal laws.
WHERE CAN I USE BOGART?
Bogart is currently available in the Peoria, Illinois as a test beta. Bogart will be expanding very soon.
HOW MUCH DOES BOGART COST?
The Bogart App is free to download. Rides from a Bogart Transportation Professional will cost that of the current rate for a taxi or TCP vehicle your area.
CAN I CANCEL MY BOGART?
Yes. You have up to 2 minutes to cancel your Bogart Ride without penalty. After that time, you will be charged $5 to compensate the driver’s time.
WHY DO I NEED TO ENTER MY MOBILE PHONE NUMBER?
Your Bogart Transportation Professional may need to get in touch with you at any point to confirm, report on a late arrival and/or confirm pickup location. The driver cannot see your number and can only contact you through the Bogart App.
WHEN DO I NEED TO ENTER MY CREDIT CARD?
Your credit card is entered into the app upon registration. Once you have a card on file, you can seamlessly pay for each and every ride directly through the Bogart App.
HOW DO I ACCESS THE “SETTINGS” MENU?
For Android and iOS, you can access your “Settings” menu in the upper left corner of the main screen.
HOW DO I REDEEM A PROMO CODE?
Access the “Settings” menu in the Bogart App to find the “Promo Code” button. Click the “Promo Code” button and enter your promo code in the field.
CAN I USE A PROMO CODE MORE THAN ONCE?
Each promotion can only be redeemed once per account.
DO CREDITS CARRY OVER?
No. If you have more credits than the cost of your ride the unused credits will not be carried over and applied to your next ride.
WHERE CAN I SEE HOW MANY CREDITS I HAVE?
Your available credits are listed in the “Settings” menu next to the “Promo Code” button.
I TRIED TO ENTER A PROMO CODE BUT I KEEP GETTING AN ERROR MESSAGE. WHAT CAN I DO?
Chances are the code as expired, or you’ve already entered it in. Remember, each promotion can only be redeemed one time per account.
I ALREADY HAVE BOGART CREDITS. WHY DO I STILL HAVE TO ENTER MY CREDIT CARD INFO?
Adding a credit card is necessary for requesting a Bogart ride, whether a user has credits or not. This ensures your driver will be paid if the trip ends up costing more than your available credit balance. We’ll always draw from your credit balance first before charging your card.
