  • Q: How long does a repair take?
  • A: Depends on the repair, phones are done in about 2 hours, tablets are generally a 1 to 2 day repair.
  • Q: Do you have the screens in stock or do you have to order parts?
  • A: For Apple phones, we generally have the screens in stock and can do it them the same day. At this point in time, Android phone parts usually have to be ordered, arriving within 3 to 5 days. Overnight shipping options available at cost (+$30).
  • Q: Do you work on computers?
  • A: Short answer, sorry, but no. I focus on mobile devices because they have a higher turnaround rate for repairs. 2 hours and I’m done. Computers, 2 hours and you think you’re done, until 5 more issues show up.
  • Q: Do you work on smart watches?
  • A: As of right now, I do not.
  • Q: My phones screen is completely broken and wont light up, can you fix it?
  • A: There is a chance that other things in the device are damaged, however, most of the time the damage looks worse than it actually is- there is a good chance your device is repairable.
  • Q: My phone is no longer charging well, do you replace charging ports?
  • A: Yes, I do! However, before you submit a ticket for repair, there is something that you could try yourself. A lot of charging issues are caused by simple pocket lint, take a toothpick or sewing needle, and carefully clean out the port- focus on the corners as that’s where it gets jammed in at.
